Arrival and Check In: August 21, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and August 22, 2026 from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Paper Check: August 22, 2026 by 9:00 a.m. in Livestock Office

Showmanship: August 22, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.

Heifer Show: August 22, 2026 immediately following showmanship

Release: Following completion of breed, if not in champion drive

Trailer parking ONSITE, pending weather. Overflow trailer parking offsite.

No showing off trailer. Livestock must be stalled in barn.

HEALTH CERTIFICATES NOT REQUIRED FOR TEXAS LIVESTOCK ONLY. State validation not required.

Outside shavings allowed. NO LARGE FLAKES. Shavings available for purchase onsite.
