2023 INFORMATION

Contestants may begin lining up at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the parade on a first-come, first-serve basis with the parade beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The parade route will be as follows: Leave from Denton High School and go east on Crescent, south on Carroll, east on Parkway to Elm. Turn right or south on Elm and circle the downtown square, north on Locust to Congress, west on Congress to Carroll, north on Carroll to Crescent and west on Crescent back to Denton High School.

There is no charge to enter the parade. Upon arrival to the parade site, contestants will be asked to fill out a participation form with information about the person, business and/or club represented.

Cash prizes will be awarded for first ($100) and second ($50) places in five categories: riding clubs, commercial, youth, western wagon, classic car and one place for Best Overall ($250).

A contestant may only win once. Have fun!
