PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
The Amateur Photography Contest presents an annual exhibition of creative photographs taken by local youth and adults. With multiple categories, you can show off your photography skills for all fairgoers to admire in Fair Hall during the North Texas Fair & Rodeo!

Monday, August 17, 2026 and Tuesday, August 18, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED! We do not accept mail-in entries. Photographs must be entered in-person on the dates listed above. There will be a $3.00 fee per entry (cash or check only).
2026 Categories:
People, Scenic, Animals, General, Architecture, Humor, General – Black and White Only, NTFR, Special Category – Vintage Photos (Prior to 1940s)
Divisions:
Adult:
Ages 19 and Older
Youth:
Children – Ages 5 to 8
Junior – Ages 9 to 13
Senior – Ages 14 to 18
