Applications open February 1 of the year applying to be a vendor.

Please submit your completed application, along with pictures of your set-up. A $250 down payment will be required to reserve your space.
*We are a cashless, Magic Money venue, so please read the application carefully.
Please read and sign your application, as well as the Rules, Regulations and Indemnification. Upon completing, send your application and all the requirements to email@example.com or bring to the fair office.
ONCE ACCEPTED AS A VENDOR:
All commercial food vendors are required to send in their menu with pricing by July 15, 2024. You can only sell the items that you list on your application and menu. Any items added, after approval of fair management, will be subject to fines and possible removal from the grounds.
You must apply for your temporary food license with the City of Denton by July 15, 2024.
All payment is due by June 15, 2024.
Insurance must be received by July 15, 2024.
