**PLEASE NOTE: 15% of Gross Sales after tax will go to the North Texas State Fair Association through a Revenue Sharing Program. We are a Cashless, Magic Money event. Vendor is responsible for Sales Tax (8.25%)** ALL VENDORS MUST BE PRESENT FOR ALL 10 DAYS DURING FAIR HOURS.

Upon completing, you will be notified if you have been selected.

ONCE ACCEPTED AS A VENDOR: *NO EXCEPTIONS*

All commercial food vendors are required to send in their menu with pricing, apply for a temporary food license with the City of Denton and submit all payment and insurance by July 15, 2025.
