**PLEASE NOTE: 15% of Gross Sales after tax will go to the North Texas State Fair Association through a Revenue Sharing Program. We are a cashless event. Vendor is responsible for Sales Tax (8.25%)** ALL VENDORS MUST BE PRESENT FOR ALL 10 DAYS DURING FAIR HOURS.
***NEW POLICY BEGINNING 2026! We will now be offering our food vendors the opportunity to rent Clover units to take credit card payments. Vendors will not be able to use their own machine if they already possess one. These rented Clovers will accept payment via credit card or Magic Money. More information to come about Clover rentals. We are still a cashless event.***
Selections will be announced the beginning of May.

All commercial food vendors are required to send in their menu with pricing, apply for a temporary food license with the City of Denton and submit all payment and insurance by July 15, 2026.
